Who operates ownex.co, on what terms it may be used and, above all, what the content published on this website is and is not.

1. Website owner

Ownex is a project operated by Jaime Fernández Elegido, who is responsible for the content published on this website. Any query about this page, including those relating to the sections below, is handled at that address.

2. Status of the project

Ownex is in a pre-launch phase. What this website describes is the service that is being built: features, timelines and terms are indicative, may change before launch and do not constitute a contractual offer.

The figures shown in the examples and in the calculator are illustrative estimates, calculated from the data entered by whoever uses them. They are not a forecast of results, nor a commitment as to the amount, the cost or the timeline of any transaction.

3. Purpose of the website

This website is for information purposes and describes the Ownex service for consumer brands with a community of their own. Its content does not constitute an offer of securities, an invitation to invest, financial, tax or legal advice, or an investment recommendation of any kind.

Ownex does not raise funds through this website and does not accept subscriptions from it. When an issuance is eventually marketed, it is done with the documentation required by Law 6/2023 on Securities Markets and Investment Services, and with the involvement of the authorised entities that this legislation requires. Nothing published here replaces that documentation.

4. Terms of use

Access to the website is free, at no cost and requires no registration. Browsing it implies acceptance of these terms in the version in force at any given time.

Whoever uses it undertakes not to do so for purposes contrary to the law, not to damage, overload or prevent its normal operation, and not to extract its content in an automated and massive way.

The contact form is the only point on the website where data is provided. Whoever fills it in declares that the data is theirs or that they are authorised to provide it, and that it is accurate. The processing of that data is explained in the privacy policy.

5. Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, illustrations, diagrams, the Ownex brand and its visual identity belong to the owner of the website or are used with express authorisation.

The published content may be quoted and linked to, stating the source. Any other use is reserved, in particular reproduction, adaptation and commercial exploitation without prior written consent.

6. Links to third-party websites

The website links to legislation published in official sources and, in some sections, to third-party services. Those links are offered to make consultation easier: they do not imply endorsement of or control over what those websites publish, and the owner is not responsible for their content.

7. Liability

The information is published with reasonable diligence, but it may contain errors or become out of date, in particular where it refers to a regulatory framework that has only recently come into application. Any data that is going to support a decision should be checked against the official source.

The owner is not liable for decisions taken by anyone on the basis of the content of this website alone, and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, although reasonable efforts are made to keep it accessible and free of errors.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law, in particular by Law 34/2002 on information society services and electronic commerce.

For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile where that applies, and to those of Madrid in all other cases.

9. Changes to this notice

This notice will be updated when the project or the applicable legislation changes. The date shown at the beginning and at the end of the page always indicates the version in force.
